| Marchitelli`s Gourmet Noodle is owned by Michael Marchitelli. You may see his sons Dante, Nico, and Rocky helping at this family-owned and operated restaurant.
Michael moved to Crested Butte from Pittsburg, PA in 1997. He wanted to open a restaurant that customers where comfortable in - as if they were in their own homes. He wanted to combine his feeling with recipes that were handed down from his grandmother and mother.
